In-house Surface Treatments
We provide professional surface treatments for all aluminum parts manufactured at MOPRECO. By continuously improving our technologies and processes, we ensure unrivaled corrosion and wear resistance. We can also customize the final appearance using natural, red, or black anodizing.
Titanium Passivation
We treat aluminum parts using advanced titanium-based technology (Bonderite 2040) that meets the strictest environmental standards. The immersion process creates a homogeneous, colorless layer that ensures excellent corrosion protection while maintaining low contact resistance. This method effectively covers even hard-to-reach areas of the components, creating a functional layer only a few micrometers thick.
Anodizing
Anodizing is our second method for treating aluminum surfaces, ideal for parts where surface electrical conductivity is not a primary requirement. This electrochemical process creates a compact protective layer that significantly enhances the material’s hardness and resistance to mechanical damage or abrasion. A key advantage of this treatment is the option for various colors; at MOPRECO, we offer natural, red, blue-grey, and black finishes.
