Precision Turning
Swiss-type lathe allows us to efficiently produce extremely small and thin components starting from 1 mm in diameter. Integrated milling and drilling enable the completion of complex parts in a single cycle, accelerating production while ensuring maximum precision.
Surface Treatments for Machined Components
Anodizing enhances aluminum with increased hardness and resistance to corrosion and chemical damage. The result is a UV-stable, low-maintenance surface available in a wide range of colors, which also serves as a reliable electrical insulator. Due to the minimal layer thickness, the treatment does not affect the part’s dimensional tolerances.
